I'm completely satisfied with the service I received today. I do wish that someone would have noticed that the roof rails that came with my vehicle were warped before today so that the install would have been complete earlier rather than later. Overall very satisfied

Jesse greeted me with positivity. He verified everything that would be done during my service appointment. He notified me that the shop was running a tad behind and gave me an approximate time frame for completion as I was waiting. The service department installed front mud flaps that I had ordered and am very very appreciative they did. Recommendation for waiting area: TV in waiting area and music playing in showroom was way too loud. The two were competing with each other.

They were pretty busy today and I did wait a little longer than I thought I would have to.one of the young men put a slight dent in my left rear but they are going to take care of that next week.also they are going to check under my car to see what my be the problem.
