I am very unsatisfied, I brought my car in multiple times to get a tps sensor fixed but all I did was get the run around they only cleared the code so now I'm stuck with this sensor being on, plus when I make an appointment the appointment person either doesn't care that I'm a customer or doesn't listen to me because when I show up the guys at the service desk have no idea why I'm even there because they say I didn't make an appointment

I scheduled the appt by phone, verified the time and day before I hung up. When showed up at scheduled time, there was no appt? They did squeeze us in, long wait.........though. otherwise experience was fine.
