Excellent, professional and friendly service by Randy and everyone with whom I engaged while in the Service Dept, customer waiting lounge and showroom floor. Service personnel went the extra mile by spotting and fully addressing a problem I hadn't noticed.

Since I've been going to West Hills Chevrolet, a few years now, for service to my 2008 Chevy Avalanche no one had explained, in detail, the multipoint inspection. Today Jason Higgins did. I had no questions because every category on the multipoint sheet was explained in detail, first time that has happened.

We paid $2200 and the aircontition does not work. Our next appointment is not tell one week from now on a Saturday but yet you have our money. No we are not happy with your service.
