When windshield wipers are suppose to be replaced I would assume the old ones would be removed and new ones installed, not just have the new ones placed on top of the old. The new wipers flew off while driving.

I was there from 10AM until 4:30 I was told it would be ready sabout 2PM . I just wish they had told me how long it would be. I can’t believe they didn’t know otherwise Everyone was very polite and helpful and I’m sure the mechanics did their part well and the facility was very nice but it took too long and I wasn’t prepared for how long it took.!Georgia H
