So I send a vehicle in on warranty you’d think that the deductible would be sufficient. Well with hasselwood it’s never sufficient. A charge always comes out of the blue. This particular time after we picked up the car and paid the 135.00 dollars I get a call a few days later asking for 75 dollars. How were we able to leave the dealership if debts weren’t paid in full??? Then I asked to have the payment sent through the portal since I go to San Diego for work and nothing showed up. Feel like I’m getting scammed, my vehicles are going somewhere else.
