Hard to make service appointments. Placed on hold longer than I want to hold. Tried to make one today for other vehicle and same thing.Unsat in my opinion.

This visit with Aaron was more pleasant. I arranged a ride on your shuttle but waited for 2 hours and the shuttle never came, fortunately my car was ready in 2 hours vice the 4 that was given when I arrived. Unfortunately the problem that I brought my vehicle in for still is not fixed after 2 visits and I have to come back again for a third visit on Tuesday. There is a water leak in my trunk which is worse now than before. Hopefully you’ll be able to fix it during my next visit.
