Bill was amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of and all of our questions were answered, he made us feel as if we were the only ones that really mattered even though we knew he had many others to provide his amazing service too.

**** was personable and very helpful. He offered great customer service and was knowledgeable regarding all the questions I asked. I would also like to say that the other service clerks in the office were not helpful, they did not acknowledge or greet me when I entered to drop my truck off. They never said one word to me while I was waiting to speak to a clerk. **** was the only one who greeted me while finishing with another customer, while the other two made it appear they were doing something important on their computers. **** was great and professional, the other two should be evaluated.

**** was awesome. Was disappointed with the warranty process. Decided to cancel the warranty but my decision had nothing to do with ****. He was very helpful, professional, friendly and sincere. Keep him around.

Brian did a great job in helping us with the service on our car. He tracked down warranties and kept us updated on the repairs. Service was timely. I was taken to work after dropping the car off, which was very helpful to me. Fabulous service!

There was not enough communication about what was going on with my car. Every time I called to try and get answers it was a problem just getting ahold of anyone who could tell me what was going on. I was told I would receive a call back and didn't, I sat on hold for over half an hour then was hung up on, I had to answer a bunch of questions with one person just to be transferred to someone else and start all over again. If it weren't for me just going in and getting information in person I would not have found out I needed a rental until it was too late and I would have missed my interview. In person they did a good job but calling and trying to talk to anyone was a huge water off time. And the direct number I was given to call was never answered.
