Over two hours for a diagnosis when I told them what was wrong and I HAD an appointment! Brandon never emailed me the full work up quote. Not good service he was running around clueless.

Was told the military discount would take $100 off of the repairbill. In truth it was only $50. Not a huge deal, but there is a lot of military here and not putting out the correct info will get around. All maintenance reminders were not reset. Oil and fuel filter reminders were not reset. It is dark now so I will check the oil and fuel filter tomorrow to see if they were actually done. I'm sure they were, but because the reminders weren't reset I have to check. I expected to only be angry about spending three grand, but knowing I had piece of mind. If low hanging fruit was missed, was anything else?
