There has been a great lack of communication from the start. I have never had to deal with this many issues when we bought a car. Really rethink buying any other car from this dealership. At the point I will NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!

Very friendly and explained everything. Great service. The only thing I notice that Chev dealership doesn’t do like we experienced at Kia - is usually our interior carpet was vacuumed and cleaner then when we brought it in. It must be something that is different within the Haselwood dealerships.

Randy was very friendly and extremely helpful. All the staff I encountered went out of their way to ensure my experience was positive. The only complaint I have is regarding the accessibility to the heater core on my 2013 Chevy Equinox.
