Tire pressure was written as 60psi for the front left tire and 80psi for the left rear tire. the check sheet did not indicate the right tires were checked. because the tires could not be rotated since the lug key could not be found we took the truck to Les Schwab, they checked the tire pressure for us because we didn't know what pressure was in the right side tires and they found that all of the tires only had 50psi in them, not the pressure as written by the technician. Didn't deal with Bill that much, dealt more with Jon. other than that service was fine, but now am skeptical of the attention to detail my vehicle will receive.

Melissa went out of her way to make sure my experience was positive. An issue arose with communication between service department sections that caused a significant delay in getting my vehicle back. This would have resulted in a negative experience, but Melissa put forth extra effort to solve the problem and made sure I was compensated for my time. Great work.
