I didn’t realize that I put the mileage for my Toyota Tacoma instead of the new mileage for my Silverado. I scheduled a 24000 mile inspection for a Silverado with 13000 miles. The dealership still allowed me to complete the inspection and pay the extra cost instead of recommending that the 24,000 mile inspection was not needed.

I was unhappy with the rental I was given I was unhappy with the overall lack of communication by everyone.I was told that my truck was ready so when I got off work I can pick it up and when I did I still had to wait over an hour to get my truck. I was unhappy with the way that they put my back seat cover on so unhappy that I just told him to take it off I didn't want it. I'm really hoping that this was a fluke and the service department doesn't run like this all the time cuz this was by far my worst service department experience that I've ever dealt with.

Very easy to make appointments. Service staff were very helpful even though they we’re busy. One item I’ve notice is you don’t know where to go when you enter the service area. No sure which service representative to approach? All in all great job!

Our brand new truck came with scratches. It was supposed to be repainted, but rather, it was buffed. The scratches are still present & there is buffing compound splattered on the inside of the truck & vinyl stripping on the top of the truck. Needless to say, we’re very disappointed.
