The gentleman that worked on my car was very nice. But my appointment was at 10 am. Car got back there at 10:30 am. Which was fine this was my first time there. He also told me you guys were running behind so I opted to go home since I only live 5 min away. I had to call at 12:30 to see what the status was on my car. He then told me it was almost done and told me all the things I needed to get done. Fine and all but I still didn’t get my car back until almost two. I hope if I would of sat there it would of been faster. Three hours to do an oil change and a 15 point inspection is kinda long though. And if it’s gonna take that long say it will take that long.

I will not bring my car anywhere else for service; for no other reason than Laurie. I started having trouble with my car on Thursday and I tried to make an appointment online, but none were available until over a week away. I called to see what I should do and Laurie suggested I bring the car in ASAP. Next thing I know I'm in a rental car while my car is getting a new engine coil and it is fully repaired less than a day later. Laurie remembered me as a customer when I called and made sure I was well taken care of - as she always does! After I called and talked to Laurie, my wife asked me "So what's going on with your car?" and I replied "Laurie is absolutely amazing" and my wife replied "Oh I know, every time I call for help she is so friendly and makes sure I'm helped." Seriously, I will only bring my car here because Laurie is so great.

Tim took good care of us. Our car had to be towed from a neighboring town and although they were booked with service appointments, they worked our car repair in. They also were able to get us a car to use. Thanks.

As always we received very prompt and courteous service from Laurie. She is an asset to your dealership. We hope you appreciate her as much as we do. This is our second new car purchase from this dealership and we only have our car serviced with you. We have been treated fair and honestly. The rattling noise that I hear on the passengers side door was not eliminated even though my car was road tested, inspected and no broken or loose components. The mechanic said he found plastic rubbing, installed foam and reassembled and road tested and wa ok. But when I drove the car and I hit some bump on the road, the noise was still there. I called Laurie and they will check it again because there's also a switch that they ordered to replace a faulty left rear heated seat. I'm waiting for the parts so I can bring my car. Thank You.

There was a lot of waiting for communication. I dropped my car off on Friday for an inspection to deal with a hard shifting problem. It was dropped of at 830a. I didn't receive any information about my car until Monday afternoon after I called myself to find out what was going on. After telling me what the problem was. I still had to ask what my options were. After getting that all settled a full week went by before I called again to find out if my car was being worked on or not. I understand Cameron was ill. Car runs awesome now. Service to the car was good.
