I first made my appointment for 10am, and dropped it off then. I checked on the status of my car at 1pm, and was told it has just been started. Jay then told me that they were very backed up and would have to push it out to 2 or 230. I agreed, and asked for an update if the time changed. I call back at 330, after hearing nothing, and they say I will have to reschedule, because they have to call somewhere and have them tell the tech how to fix my car...so I pick up my car, and wake up the next day to a message telling me that they didnt out the parts that the removed back on my car, so my fender liner and other pieces, so my engine light may be on. Not a great experience with Jay and his attitude either.

Have Hyundai redesign the front skid plate on the Sonata to prevent it catching and tearing loose on parking concrete barriers

My hood was left popped open. I traveled home without realizing this. I had a child with me godforbid my freaking hood had opened on the freeway. When I called to let the service dept know I got “ oh he probably thought he was doing the emergency break and did the hood”. Uh in the Elantra the e break is in the center console and the hood pull is next to the door on the floor... after paying $53 for an oil change & that I am less than thrilled.

My concern is that since I bought this car March 30, I had it serviced 3 times already. If this problem or any other problem happens, please change this car out. I do not want to be uncomfortable with a 2017 getting service every 2 weeks.
