It took a while for my car to be completed but Jay was helpful and courteous. After the car was finished, he and another representative explained why it had taken so mich time which made me feel better and well-informed. One of the mechanics was also able to walk me through the steps and tools needed. Overall, great experience.

Laurie went above and beyond to get our oil leak fixed,but unfortunately VW has a poor design with their cam plug placement. They could only get to one on the passenger side, the driver side they couldn't replace. Unfortunately that was the one that is dripping on the exhaust.so it became an expensive half fix????

Very unhappy with your current communication system. Also, I have been sent notices by e-mail which I did not get in time to reply in time. I had not authorized my e-mail for your means of communication. My service consultant was very helpful but out the days of my initial appointment. For the most part things went very well for this last one. I do not want my e-mail used!! I need to be contacted by phones or phone messages left. Mary S

Our appointment was at 1130, checked in our vehicle then told my wife the mechanic went to lunch. It took two hours for the oil change. That is too long.

I was slightly miffed that the total cost of service was 25% higher than the quoted price. Apparently the quoted price did not include tax or a disposal fee. Considering I was guaranteed to have these fees added to the total I think it should have been included in my original estimate. The service itself was performed in a timely manner and the staff was cordial.

Jay was great and kept me updated via emails. However, the young man who started helping us when we came to pick up the GLI never seems to know his way around your computer system. This is the 3rd time I have interacted with him and he seems more interested in his smart phone and facebook. He is pleasant but time is money and I think he needs more training. When Lori is off, it can take up to 30 minutes for him to figure out how to process everything. Seriously.
