I had to wait three days for the work to be completed which made me unhappy as my time is as important as yours. But, Laurie was a true professional, offering a rental and apologies. The rental I did not need. I appreciated the apology, but would have liked to have been compensated for my time. Your service department folks are super.

I asked for a pick up to go back home after I dropped off the car. I asked ahead of time to be service to be ready. It took them 30+ mins to get to me. Why have the service when it’s most always really late?

Tim was incredibly thorough. My car was beautiful I had the serviced and detailed. I was more than happy with the service. received..Tim kept me informed on the progress throughout the day and coordinated a seamless shuttle back and forth to my home..would reccomend him highly as a valuable asset to Hyundai! Only thing they miss was the sevicesticker needed to be up dated didnt see it till I got home so I didn't want to go back to put it on but the service receipt did have the mileage up date.
