i understand that there can be computer problems at times. But when i wanted to pay for my repairs, it took about 25 mins for her and another staff to figure out how to make the new terminal work. They moved my account back and forth between their computers but that didn't help. Finally the other person took my credit card and entered numbers by hand into a form that was able to charge my card. Maybe next time, if after about 5 mins, payment can't be taken, can I just got to a cashier or have service staff take my credit card and enter it as it was done Friday? there were several customers waiting after me and we all stood there for way too long while they tried to work it out. thanks.

The service experience with Laurie Mellick like usual was outstanding. I use no other person but her for my service needs. This dates back to three prior purchases from the dealership. She is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of her way to make things right

After 4 appointments, the repairs we were promised upon purchasing our new vehicle have still not been repaired. The first appointment, it was because they didnt have time. The second, because the wrong part was ordered, and the third time, they failed to realize that there was more work involved because they started work so late in the day that they would unable to finish it. Finally, today they actually broke a piece of the trim while attempting to repair another. Whenever we ask the staff what the problem has been, mr Hassan gets very flustered and starts talking, not allowing us a comment in edgewise, while promising us that the car will be much better after work has been done. To sum everything up, after six months of purchasing a brand new vehicle, we have still not been able to complete the "we owe" repairs due to worker incompetance. If we had know it would be this bad, we would have gone elsewhere.

The playroom for the kids was nice to have but a working tv or someone who knew how to turn it on would be been helpful on our 2+ wait! They ran low on snacks and didn't replenish them. The parts mgr is awesome Kailee (sp?)

As always, Laurie's service was exemplary! We moved 2 1/2 hours away but still prefer to drive the distance to this dealership because we trust Hazelwood and we trust Laurie to deliver top shelf service to us to maintain our Passat.
