Parts department- found the master lug nut key. Which made taking my tires off easier. Without that key, I could have never gotten my car fixed. Thank you so much, parts department at Hazelwood Volkswagen dealership Bremerton Washington.
After spending an hour and fifteen minutes in the waiting area I was told that they were just then taking my car back to do the oil change. The service was only supposed to take an hour to begin with. I was told at that point the oil change would be free because of the delay. Brett came back and said he couldn’t do that because I had already paid but he would comp the cabin air filter. They finish and give me the keys and I get in the car only to find the air filter on the dash. They did not install it. I also did not get the all points inspect sheet and I really don’t think they did all of it because they were trying to make up time. I think my future oil changes will have to be done elsewhere. I was not satisfied at all.

The service guy was great, but the initial reason why I came in (clunk in passenger front) was not fixed. Also it took Just under 5 hours to complete, with the only actual work done was an alignment, which was done well. I was told to come back in at a later date and see if the issue had gotten worse because they were unable to pinpoint where it was. I did drive with someone to let them hear it. I understand the reasoning, but the issue still remains and is the only reason why I was not 100 percent satisfied.
It too almost two hours and I had an appointment that I ended up being late too. I was really happy with the service and the free oil change though and will be back again.
As always, service and waiting room accomodations were excellent.
I still miss Lori though.
Driving home car is doing the same thing I took it in for? Very disappointed.
Brett was so totally offensive when he called to tell me the service team needed the car overnight. He talked over me, wouldn’t let me get a word in and then had the nerve to ask if he should call my husband to get approval for the work to be done. The car is mine! I selected it, signed the documents and made the decision. Not to mention the service request was in my name with my cell phone number which he called. Then when I advised him it was my car, he then questioned of the Jetta GLI had been mine. Are you serious?!? I had to abruptly inform him we were progressive and women actually get to make decisions. Kudos to Cameron for his ultra professional service when I picked the vehicle up. Please don’t make me EVER have to interact with the male testosterone Man Brett. Lori and Cameron are your service ringers. Better clone them.

I had scheduled just an oil change while there they told me there were a few recalls that needed to be taken care but because I had my toddler with me I said I will schedule another time to do it and that i was waiting for my vehicle. 1:30 later I went in to see what was going on as an oil change should only take a few minutes and not a few hours and I was told that the tech decided to work on the recalls first. I was not happy and let them know to stop doing whatever they were doing because i did not want them to work on a the 5 recalls they had and that all I wanted was the oil change done. So after waiting over 2 hours for an oil change I finally got my car back, Cameron was really nice to apologize for the miscommunication and inconvenience and offered to conp the oil change. I understand things like this happen but what I don’t appreciate it is that for more than an hour no one checked to see why my vehicle was taking so long when all it needed was an oil change. Anyways, I will be bringing my vehicle again to get the rest of the recalls done soon, Cameron made it somewhat better by offering to cover the cost of the oil change, which is appreciated.
