When I made the service appointment on the telephone, I was told that the service should take no more than 90 minutes. It was 2.5 hours (150 minutes) before we could leave. At the end there was a payment SNAFU that wasted another 10 minutes.

I had a appointment to have my drivers side door handle replaced. When I arrived I was told they had a lot of oil changes ahead of me. A hour later the mechanic came out and showed me a door handle that needed to be painted. I had no choice to have him install it. I feel that a hour and a half for a 30 minute job is not a good way to spend my day. I told them in a text and in person my handicapped wife didn’t need to be hanging out in your waiting room. I will not ever bring my cars there again. I also had issues getting a key made. You don’t want my business!

Jay was great as always. My schedule changed last minute so I had to drop off my car early and he arranged a ride for me. This is the first time my car has actually gotten done on time! Maybe because I dropped it off early, maybe not.

Had to wait a day to get my car as my appointment was overlooked but Mr Hassan was very pleasant and easy to work With. They gave me a rental to get me through the time I had not anticipated being without s car.
