All staff were thorough and friendly. The wait was a bit long but still within the given estimated wait time. The waiting area was clean and well stocked with snacks/drinks. Brett was attentive, answered all of my questions and appeared very knowledgeable.

I dropped my car off on a Thursday, received no communication on Friday. I had to call on Saturday to find out no work was being done over the weekend. I was contacted Monday around noon to tell me what was wrong with my car and asking direction. I then received a text on Monday at 5:56pm telling me my car was ready to pick up. When I called to ask if I could pick it up that night no one answered. I was without my car from Thursday morning until Tuesday without explanation. When I picked up my car it still has a tire pressure warning.

I appreciated the attention to detail and that he added to the notes that there is an area that will need to have the digi redone due to a bubble in it. He understood that I was in a hurry to leave for a scheduled activity, so I will call in to schedule a future appointment.
