The only thing lacking was a greeting of some kind when I arrived. People were involved in their work and in workplace banter while I stood around for a moment. A brief "we will be right with you" would let me know that someone sees me and I am not just being ignored. Everything after that 30 second moment was great.

Jesse was very pleasant to work with. I have one question - I bought a new set of tires but did not receive any warranty information about this purchase. Is it possible for someone to mail or email this information to me?

My service advisor at your dealership was THE WORST customer experience I've ever had in my life. Constant excuses, dancing around questions with non answers, no communication even after several calls. At one point I literally called 7 times and failed to get through to the service department being put on hold for 15+ mins at a time. I've bought 3 cars from you guys in the past and will not be returning for a 4th. I will also be taking my warranty repairs elsewhere. Im pretty big in the Vw/Audi community and will spread the word to stay away.

Fortunately I have one tire that is different than all the others. It's how I knew my tires had not been rotated. Since I had already paid for the service the only option I was given was to return to the shop and get it done. I was not happy about this. I would have preferred a refund. Once I returned the shop had my tires rotated in about 10 minutes and I was told my next oil change is free. I feel this was a fair resolution. Brett apologized for the error and I accepted his apology.
