I live in Gig Harbor and worked 6 out of 7 days last week. I came in on my only day off for this oil change. First of all.. I had to drive off site for a wash after service which was disappointing, but what was worse, was that when I turned my car on the next morning I got a warning that my oil level was low. When I called Haselwood I was told to take the car to somewhere local to me to get the oil checked and if it was low to call back. I had to wait until the weekend to get the oil checked at which time we discovered it was about two quarts low. I had to buy oil and a funnel. Super super disappointed. This was supposed to be a free oil change!

The problem: back driver side lite out. After work, same lite worse. Inside signal frantic blinking, turn signal not working, signal when trunk opened not working. Can't get appt for two weeks. Rec'd this survey 2 wks after svc.
