I had to pay for service that was covered by advantage plus which I purchased when I bought the vehilce from your dealership. Not sure why Lars proceeded with the service to find out later that I needed to pay. I waited at your dealership for an hour while the serice was being done, I'm not sure why he couldn't look up this information while I was waiting. I went home and had to look for my paperwork and found this service was covered. I called Lars to let him know and I was going to forward him the paperwork but he said he would look into this, which could've been done while I was there but he siad it would take 3 hours. I finally called and talked with the service manager and he found our paperwork. Im not sure why there is so much confusion there if I bought the vehicle and had it serviced at the same place.

There was a miscommunication with the person who took my appointment. However when the misunderstanding was discovered Jesse was quick to go out of his way to make everything work correctly for me. So thank you very much to Jesse!

The service was quick, the staff were so proteins and friendly, they really know what they are doing and endeavor to explain to the client what has been checked on the car.

Service was done great, problem was car came back with what appeared to be soap all over the passenger side. Maybe they were washing a car & the rinse got all over mine. Someone knew it as they had used the wipers to clear the windshield but when it dried car was covered. No paint damage after I washed it when I got home so no foul, just an inconvinence. Otherwise another great job by your service dept.

Technician did not update the next service sticker on my windshield which makes it more cumbersome to track my next service. Updating the sticker should be standard practice. Didn't notice it until I was half way home and it irritated me. Makes me wonder what else they forgot to do.

Jesse was efficient, thorough and generous with his time, although the service department was very busy. He explained everything very clearly to me, luckily it was a minor issue with my car and I was on my way in no time.
