Audio unit was not working after repairs and advisor did not explain charges of total after tax but was very helpful. Also, parts took too long to arrive in shop to have work performed.

I asked for my doors to be fixed and instead I got charged for something that did not fix my doors and when I got my car back my radio stopped working. I've been going to this place for 20+ years and will not be returning.

Was told that car would be ready for pick up at 2:00 and was not ready until 3:30. I was glad I had someone to transport me during the duration as I was there at 10:50 and didn’t pick up my car until 3:30ish

I dropped my car off Monday night using the night drop box service. My appointment was for 8am Tuesday morning and I was called by Caroline by 10am confirming all service work was done. I was able to pick my car up much earlier then I thought I would. Caroline was very nice and helpful through my experience. I definitely recommend this service department to my friends

Service advisor was really great and I appreciated her. I did not like your process in that, t Paperwork given to me when I picked up my car had no notation of my complaints/concerns with my car. Don’t believe she was aware of them all. In addition mechanics noted my air filter needs to be dealt with in the future?? My car goes in regularly once per year. Should have gotten a call to authorize it to be replaced.
