I just retired from a top notch customer service position,so I am all about providing quality and excellent customer service. I spoke with Caroline after waiting for 2 & half hours for a simple oil change and headlamp replacement. Not once did anyone come out to speak with me about a problem. I understand if you have new staff or people out ill, but it's not an appropriate excuse. After that long wait I was then told you did not have the headlamp in stock and it would be another 20 minutes to get it into the shop and if I wanted to come back another time. I said no! I drive at night on a dark hwy., so I think it's kind of important I have this fixed. I use to get my car fixed at Hyundai in Kirkland, who have excellent service and I would be willing to make the long drive there before I return to your shop. You need to do some specialized training with all your staff as I witnessed several unacceptable, unprofessional issues in your shop. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. 5 days to diagnose an issue. Then, once returned, it wasn't fixed and now the check engine light is on. Absolutely disappointed in how this all played out.

Lars, as usual, did an amazing job. My car came home so happy! He went the extra mile to correct all the previous mistakes and even check warranty again. He was helpful, patient, and made sure everything was done correctly. My car is doing great, there is a noticeable change! Cannot thank you guys enough!
