A complication during a routine oil change/ tire rotation required a certain part. Mr White made sure that it was brought in expressly, which enabled me to get back on the road fast and still keep another appointment. Thanks Mr. Larry White, I greatly appreciate it!

The only criticism ncern I have is the length of time it takes to do a routine inspection and change the oil and filters. (1 hour and 45 minutes) I am confident it’s a thorough checkup

The oil change service took three hours! This was unacceptable and my wife should have been given an idea that it may take that long.....instead she was roped along being told "its almost done." I have been a loyal customer and I know that your service center is better than the service we received.

Caroline is very personable and friendly. She is a wonderful addition to this team. We have previously had poor interactions with your service team (Brett) and hoped we would not have to deal with him again. Thankfully, she was there. This is the second interaction (first one was an oil change). Her excellent customer service was consistent. Two thumbs up!!!

I am not sure about the service I got done yet, however, Jesse is amazing and very helpfull. We appreciate his thorough and excellent customer service skills. We have come to trust Haselwood as a company because of him.

The service person Jesse was great to work with when I waited at the dealership on Wednesday but trying to get updates about the car was extremely frustrating. I called multiple times. No one else could help get me an update on my car except Jesse and he didn’t call back. I talked to others that were going to provide a message to him to call back, I left a voicemail, I used the text system to get an update and we got no response. My husband finally just drove our rental to the dealership to get a status and still never met Jesse. Others had to assist. Very frustrating end to what was a great start.

The service management team went the extra mile to resolve my car's broken windshield issue ensuring everything was taken care of to my satisfaction and without further inconvenience to me as the customer.
