I got off work early to come pick up my vehicle that was "fixed", needless to say I was elated that it took less than half a day to repair. I set off at 1:30 pm in my daughter's car with my son to travel rhe 3 hours round trip. We got the car, Caroline was very kind. Picked up groxwries at Winco because my son's friend was kicked out and had no food. Half way back to Port Angeles while accelerating up a long hill, the check engine light started blinking and the engine started knocking. I was barely able to pull it off the highway safely. I called Caroline, whom informed me that the open recalls had been addressed and that (even though it was the same symptoms as on Saturday) it may not be covered and we would probably have to pay for the tow ourselves. I asked about a rental, which she said she would be happy to help find one, but that I would be responsible for the cost. Using the Hyundai roadside service a tow truck came 4 hours later. We lost all of the meats and vegies to feed this young man, I missed my daughter's last concert of the year and am out gas and work hours. We were on hold numerous times with roadside assistance upwards of 50 minutes and then 30, 26. Caroline called me before she headed home and was kind. I am truly hoping and peaying for a positive resolution and praying that the mechanic is able to locate the issue and fix it.

I was told my vehicle would be ready between 12:30-1. I was then told it was delayed until 1:45. That time passed, and I was never updated. Another service representative then inquired for me about the status. I received it finally about 2:15. I feel this could have been better communicated. I don’t mind waiting, I just want a more realistic time frame given to me from the beginning.

A 2.5 hour job turned out to be a 6 hour job that prevented accomplishment of other personal tasks of the day. In other words my week is in catch up mode because of mistakes made by Hassleblad.

I think everyone enters a dealership for the first time expecting it to be an inconvenience and expensive. My experience was neither. I felt completely at ease upon entering and when I left I felt confident they would do right by me and they exceeded my expectations. Hopefully I won’t need to come back but if I do at least I’ll know what to expect. A great experience.

Still have a problem. Very loud noise even when driving on flat, straight roads vs turning and backing up. Having it towed to prevent damage and safety concerns
