Brett was superb with communication regarding the servicing of our Hyundai. We had alot of milage checks to do and everything was done by the end of the day,as we had a time crunch situation. This was our first time for servicing here and we would definitely return as customers.

No. Waiting 5 hours to replace an air conditioning hose is ridiculous. This is clearly above normal shop time. Will consider other service options.

Please ask your courtesy diver that when he has a person in the car to please not talk explicitly about ****. You never know who’s in the van. I’m gay and don’t want to here about a little spinner chick haha ha ha bro....Ya no not my thing.

Brett Maddox did an amazing job of coordinating my service needs. Larry was the mechanic who worked on my car and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. Dawn was friendly, fun and always smiling. Ryan did a great job explaining a few features in my car that I didn't understand how to use. What a nice young man. I also spoke with Chris, the used car sales manager, and he was very professional and helpful. I couldn't be more pleased with the professional team at your Hyundai outlet. Mileage on ticket doesn't match milage on my car. Car milage was 300 miles more. Dirt for inside air filter left in passenger side floor

I had them fix the door panel, thinking that they would fix the handle, but they didn't. :( Also, the diagnosis fee is... excessive. If you look at 5 different things, and the entire process is o e hour, why charge 5 hours. In the end, they didn't charge all that, but it was a bit of sticker shock.
