Excellent from start to finish! The only thing that's not 100% perfect is the web site used to schedule service; I have never had that work for me. But it *could* be very useful, especially if I could call up a list of past and future maintenance required on the site, along with estimated cost so I could schedule future work.

I really appreciate all the team did to turn a very stressful situation into an excellent customer service experience. The team headed by Kily, went above and beyond to address the logistics of getting my car to the shop and completing a complex warranty repair. I felt that my repair was in the hands of the best trained and consencious master technicians with the time and expertise to ensure everything was done right. They communicated with me every step of the way, took the time to answer my questions and minimized any inconvenience. Everyone from the service manager to the service was reps and the lot attendant lead was courteous, professionsl and kind. I felt that not only did they care about my car - they cared about me. Thank you - I really appreciate everything they did for me!

My questions were answered knowledgeably. I didn't have to wait a long time. I was able to get immediate service when a burnt bulb was found and I requested it be fixed before coming home. It's a little hard going clear to Bremerton for service from Sequim but I like the car.
