I could be wrong, but it didn't appear that a $25.00 service rewards credit was applied to my invoice yesterday? again, I could be reading the invoice incorrectly, but could someone look into. thanks, other than that so issues here. excellent service once again.

The service advisor experience went as expected. The technician however did not set the radio up correctly. Bluetooth and voice recognition are not enabled and we are not able to pair our phones. Also this evening the am is no longer coming in clearly. Having spent 2 hours in the dealership today and leaving without everything functioning as expected is very frustrating.

Much better service today. I remember when I serviced customers, the customer was always right. Even if they weren’t. His service was very good this time around, it was just upset to me that I had to give the first review I did.i know now that I will be bringing my car to your establishment, instead of Lynwood.
