My recent experiences were not ideal to the point of not returning for future services. Kylie performed acceptable levels of recovery based on my overall experiences, and I will now be willing to give Haselwood a final shot for future services. I would like to note that I’ve never once felt cheated or had poor service by your service advisors (Jesse & Caroline are rockstars), however it feels like your technicians are rushing through work to the customers detriment.

Everything was explained to me before my service. I had installed an aftermarket part and was advised it may not work before attempting the service. Very knowledgeable and made sure I was fully aware of every aspect of my service. Thank you Brett for a job well done!!

After two visits, 10 days without my car and $371 the problem is still not fixed. First they could not replicate the problem so they changed spark plugs and even, I would not have taken my car in to get this done as I have family that can handle general maintenance. $371. Not fixed. Check engine light comes on and I take it in again and they decide to get the “Hyundai expert” and boroscope finds the catalyst system is melted on the exhaust manifold. First they try telling me it is not covered by the power train warranty because we are not the initial owners, we are. Then when they realize they are mistaken they go to replace the cat system. Jesse tells me that they noticed debris in the secondary catalyst system but they are hoping that doesn’t effect anything. They keep it over the weekend and test it to find that the debris is causing blockage but the secondary catalyst system is not covered by the power train and want an additional $800+ to fix it. I turned down their offer to see if they are even telling the truth and see what other “experts” say because I do not trust them. Most of the updates were Jesse calling me after hours to tell me they weren’t done yet which is not sufficient to make necessary arrangements. I military experience in vehicle maintenance and the management of it and we could not get away with this level of disorganization and lack of transparency. I was on the fence before this but now I am sure that I never want to own a Hyundai ever again.

Brett was awesome! He took care of everything and kept me updated the whole time. He even arranged for a rental! He was friendly and professional and made the experience completely stress free for me.

Jason Ramos is a very competent and professional customer service agent. His customer service is top notch and hard to imagine anyone could do a better job. Caroline did everything she could to help me resolve my issue. She was willing to work with me through a challenging fix with patience and kindness. She was always responsive and gave me updates throughout the process. I'd definitely work with her again.
