Made service spot on phone confirming Need for oil change tire rotation and headlight replacement, had service agent check stock on headlight which was in stock. Arrived at appt agent confirmed service needs including headlight and quoted $95 for all work. 2 hrs 40 minutes later was informed that headlight would actually cost $325.00 . I walked and have made other arrangements. Needless to say not happy with today’s events. Just FYI since I’ve owned this Genesis I have had to replace 4 turn signal lights and now a headlight for a vehicle with 30,000 miles makes me believe there is a wiring problem which I should not be responsible for any of thee repairs . Jason Is pretty much a perfect example of balancing care/processing for the vehicle & thoughtful care for the customer. I appreciated his check-in to make sure I would have a shuttle without a long wait. Those little things really matter at the end of a day!

Jason was amazing. His communication and professionalism were top notch. We had a little issue with something not being entered into the system with all the information but instead of making it an issue he just fixed it. Jason is a keeper.

Brett explained the recall issue and ECU software change in detail and provided good info on his experience with the issue, and ECU customers history results! Great info and helped put us at ease.

I did not like the quality assurance lady who spoke to me today. Did not like her approach and did not thank me for my time of doing the survey. Been going to VW for years and never had a bad experience especially with a quality assurance person. Staff was great and awesome to work with but she was horrible
