I understand business. The cost f doing something can break you. When your dealng with thousands of dollars it can get real aggravating when you continually get nickel and dime to death. After buying a car for thousands of dollars, spending hundreds of dollars for a exstended warranty. Drive a few miles less then 400. Start haering a noise. Came in to have it looked at told to call the warranty co. To see if it comes under warranty ( just spent over 3000.00 for the warranty). Finally get the car in and have to pay a diagnostic charge. Come to find out it was a loose bolt on the exhaust pipe. $180.00+. Really! I was told that the exstnded warranty (premium plan) covered lic. Plate to lic. Plate. Down the road i plan to buy a f450 from you because of the warranty you offer. Over the years I've bought several cars from Parr and started to buy from you. Have been in kitsap county for most of my life. Had businesses around kitsap, plan on sticking around. Please don't neckle dime me to death. Gary Graden

2000 miles from home,pulling a33foot travel trailer and need some tire service work km done. Went to Ford and was taken care of from check in to check out. Thanks great job

Mr Arper was great....but the amount of greasy shine in the truck was horrible and the steering wheel was slick.. I understand it was a “we owe” detail on a used vehicle but would have rather paid for an actual deep detailing...exterior is great but interior is a sheen of armor all..PS CARPETS turned out great I have images if needed This all should not reflect Mr Arper in any way Thanks
