Car was serviced in a timely manner compared to other dealerships that I have been too. There is actually a point in making an appointment here! They stick to schedule and weren’t behind on schedule! Also got a voucher for a free drink from their cafe as I waited. I will definitely return for future services.

Your schedulers needs to be trained. I was set up for a 12 o’clock appointment with waiting while they fixed the car with the problem the local mechanic had diagnosed and I told to the scheduler. I get there and they tell me they have to diagnose the problem themselves. As they had not even looked at the car 4 hours later, I went home. This is over an hours drive one way. The next day Marcus called and said the problem was what the local mechanic had diagnosed and it would take two and a half weeks to fix it. The scheduler made my appointment for it to be fixed while I waited. I should have been advised they would have to analyze it before they could fix it then give me an estimate of time to fix it. The 12 o’clock appointment did not get looked at until 4 or 5 hours later. I had no information until the next day mid morning. No more Mazda’s for me!
