Making me wear a mask?! Service was great everybody was nice but making me wear a mask against my will based on ignorance and unlawful edicts is unacceptable. I will have all future repairs done some where else and I will never buy any automobile from this location ever nor will anybody I know.

Christina and Colin were both so nice and patient with me over the fact that I got totally mixed up on what I'd had done and when on my 1990 Mazda! I was upset at first that my requested timing belt repair had not been done because parts had to be ordered, forgetting completely that the timing belt had already been replaced three years ago. Then when they told me my battery's test had failed, I insisted I had bought it at West Hills only a couple years ago--- it was actually five. They were able to find and install a new battery for me right then and there, and sent me on my way with me smiling but quite red-faced over my faulty memory. Thanks for having two such great people there. (And it was fun to get to chat with Rebecca while I was waiting for the battery installation.)

One minor glitch. This is my wife's car. She had stated in the online service appointment that she wanted the E brake boot fixed as well as the engine missing problem. Not knowing about the boot issue, I failed to mention that when I brought the car in. The boot issue was apparently never even looked at. Doesn't anyone there read what the problem(s) is/are on what is submitted online?
