Brenda was wonderful ! She helped me assess my needs, was able to work with my schedule and made me feel very welcomed. She also drove me to the rental car office and called me promptly when my vehicle was ready. I will go to Brenda again for my next service visit.

Efficient, courteous, feel the fellow who helped me went the extra mile in every way. Also easy to schedule appointment, they had all the info on my car, good follow up for appointment reminders, etc.

Not exactly completely. Intake was thorough. Problem analysis was quicker than promised. Pam found a problem I didn’t know I had and efficiently arranged a followup appointment while addressing the original reason for my visit. However, when I returned to collect my truck, I waited 15 minutes for Pam and after asking other service advisors to check me out finally got my keys and paperwork.
