Pam with the service department is amazing. My vehicle was toed to Ford for repairs. I was having issues with the insurance company getting the repairs done. Pam not only helped with getting the vehicle repaired but she assisted in the whole process with the customers best interest in mind. Because of Pam’s efforts, I will buy our next vehicle from her company in the next two weeks. Thank you Pam for all you help and assistance in a time when that is very hard to find . Troy S

Came in for an oil change. My tire pressure light was on. On the I section they noticed low pressure in 2 of my tires but didnt fill them up. For an over-priced oil change you think they would top off air in the tired.

Hi, Please don’t change the seat settings on customer’s cars. I don’t have seat memory. I can see pushing the seat back a little, but changing the incline, height, etc. is annoying. Thanks

above and beyond parts told my part for repairs not coming till jan 2021 kelsi went above kept asking if part came in and kept me abreast of my situation called when part came in set up the appt in and out when promised.i am on my second,and third ford vehicles.keep up the good work also kouts to tech for seat adjustment truck drove good no back or neck problem thank you for all you due.

Brenda did a great job. When I called to make the reservation, I spoke to someone else. He asked whether or not there was anything to note for this check-up. I gave him a list of issues to check. When I checked in, I assumed that there was a record taken of my requests. I found out when I paid that none of the issues I discussed were looked at. Also, when I get my car maintained elsewhere, there’s usually a copy of the multi-colored checklist with my bill. I didn’t get one from this visit.
