I showed up unannounced and they fit me in right away. I was traveling from out of state with a nail in my tire. They took care of it and an oil change!! I can’t be more thankful. Would definitely come back.
My truck went into service for the issues that arise on Tuesday. I only had three things replaced and a service done and I did not get my truck back until three days later. There was lack of communication between the service advisor and I. When I went to go pick up the truck she was very rude to me and very condescending. She told me that she called me every 15 minutes at one point for almost 3 hours to give me an update about my truck and not once did my phone ring. She also claims that she emailed me and texted me. I only got one text from her. When scheduling a service with your dealership it is ridiculous that you guys are almost booked out three months in advance I understand Covid is a problem but you need to hire more people to take care of the amount of work you have. Especially when I could go to Lakewood Ford and get an appointment within just a few days. Your communication between customer and service department also should be streamlined. I should not have to only talk to the service advisor that has been appointed me to find out the status of a vehicle. Any service advisor should be able to tell me what is going on. I called multiple times trying to get a hold of her as well and couldn’t.The few times I did she had attitude and the last time she wouldn’t even talk to me she would only pass a note along through the guy that answered the phone. Customer service is a big problem and taking care of your customers in a timely manner also seems to be an issue. I definitely would not recommend this place to my friends and family.For a first time customer and a first time Ford owner I was very disappointed.

Pam was amazing but that was it. I paid almost $500 2 wreaks ago for a an AC leak that was supposedly “fixed.” A couple day later I start hearing the leak noise again and then eventually the AC was out and broken. So I bring back in and they say there is another leak and want $1000 for it!! Like seriously? I basically gave you guys $500 just to be stuck in the same situation I was in before the first time I came. You guys should’ve fixed it correctly the first time, instead I basically just gave you a $500 donation. At the end of the day I’m $500 short and an AC that still blows warm air. Never again will I be back but I’m sure you guys don’t care. Keep ripping off everyone. You guys are amazing at it.
Brenda is the best! My family is loyal to Ford, but I keep coming back to West Hills because of Brenda and the amazing person she is. Thank you for once again going above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service and individual care!
