I was charged 142.25 for a fuel filter element and a cap. The same two items with the same ford part number are available on Amazon for 78.96 or 63.29 less than what you charged me for the exact same parts. In addition, I think that 115.00 is a lot to charge for labor to change a fuel filter.

I was checked in by Chris. My representative was Bryan. I was given several reasons for why the cost of service was so much more expensive than before, that my ticket was somehow lost or miscoded and that I had to ask about the status of my car before it was worked on. My appointment was for 2:00 pm and my work ticket was marked at 3:30 pm. I waited until 4:30 pm for my car to be finished. So, for $77 they changed my oil, rotated my tires, did the inspection and topped fluids. I learned that my air filter "needed future attention". Why didn't they change it out then? I'm not a happy camper.

Cole is very nice and was very helpful. My problem is I had to bring my car back, because my service wasn't done properly when I was there a little over a month ago. Evidently you screwed up the oil plug during my oil change, and I've had oil dripping all over everything since then. Plus every time I come there the service takes about an hour longer than it should. I suspect it's not the technicians fault... they get so backed up they can't get everything done in a timely manner. That's a management issue and really needs to be addressed. I was there yesterday for over 2 and a half yours for a tire rotation and to fix my oil plug and do the oil change over. I know for certain that a tire rotation takes about a 1/2 hour and oil change about 45 mins.. or it should, so why was I there over 2 and a half hours. Honestly I'm sick of it, and will probably be taking my business elsewhere.

When I first bought my car, a c-max energi, it used to be charged after being serviced. I drive well over an hour for service in Bremerton vs. Olympia and leave my car all day. The last two visits my car hasn’t been charged and I even requested it this time. I might have to switch to service in Olympia rather than making the drive.

This dealership is a joke. They lack consideration, do not forward the information the we provided and was requested by Mazda as well as attemp to force us to pick up our car when Mazda corporate tells us we do not have to and SHOULD NOT pick it up. Cole was mentioned by name by the Mazda Mitigation representitive. This experience will likely be the last we have with West Hills as it seems that our concerns fall in deaf ears. We have provided extensive photos to West Hills Ford of the issue and they seem to think that just because they can recreate the issue their is nothing they can do... wrong. They can still support the customer and seek a resolution but instead the manufacturer is the one supporting us and telling us not to take the car. I cannot express the frustration I have experienced at West Hills Ford over the several vehicles we have purchased and will ensure that every single person I come in contact with understands my issues to the point of seeking out a trustworthy and honest dealership.
