Was advised by brenda that mechanic teams work Tues thru Saturday or Monday thru Friday. Now my car is stuck there. If I had known this I would of went to the port orchard ford. This is ridiculous .

Your 7:30 service mtg ran long. I was there 10 minutes early so I appreciate that courtesy in a business. Inspected vehicle before entering and saw the muffler twin pipe were again jammed against the rear fender. Back to the shop as the lift doesn’t hit the correct lift points. This is about the 4th time. First time melted the vanity panel. “ gets stuck on leaf springs” per B. So Brenda was to note a different lift in the future on my records.

The mechanics left greasy finger prints all over roof and door jamb cloth (interior) panels. Looks like oil was spilled on front grill also. Will call in AM and see if we can get this resolved .

Brenda took extra steps to ensure satisfaction. She had to investigate for my maintenance plan (which was from Parr Ford days) and I had an extra request to obtain a second programmed key which she ensured was done. She also provided estimates for tire prices. She was courteous and the entire visit. Thank you Brenda for making my visit today a pleasure.
