Brenda was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained everything that was wrong with my car in plain English. She also explained that no work is done without the owners permission, which I really appreciated. She also went the extra mile to drive me to the rental dealership and stay beyond her shift to make sure I could get my car home before I left for vacation. Mad props to Brenda!

I was originally told my repair was under warranty then told it wasn't because of a lift kit, my question is how can you just say that's what caused a small hole in the CV boot. I WOULDN'T KNOW EITHER WAY BUT I ended up paying over $800 an that made me angry

Fix was not possible due to my time constraints, but you were able to put the vehicle in a condition where it can be used and I know what the problem is.

Kelsey was very nice, very professional. She was on time had the paperwork in front of her for the job. I discussed my concerns about getting the entire car versus just the windshield done with the perma- glaze and she said she would take care of it , everyone I met was very nice and personable . National warranty stated they would cover the cost of the fob but they declined. The a mount I paid on this day would have paid to program a new fob
