My service representative Sarah did an amazing job I don’t blame her for anything don’t take me wrong. I took my car to you on Friday 7th because the A/C wasn’t working and told them that my personal mechanic told me that I needed to replace the a/c compressor but since I have warranty through prottective I knew they will cover that fix. So after one day Sarah called me saying that the compressor wasn’t the problem that they needed to do more inspection to find the problem. Monday 17th, ten days after I dropped my car you guys finally say that you found that the problem was the a/c compressor as I told you guys on the day I dropped my car to you. So my problem is that I got charge $380 because the diagnostic of the car took more than what is covered by prottective. I have bought 3 cars from you on the last 15months and I have had only good experiences with ford Bremerton but I’m not happy being charged for extra labor because the diagnostic took more than what was cover by prottective.

Maybe Cole could have called me when service was complete to explain the diagnostics, the service completed and the very substantial invoice amount. I received invitation to pay, but it seems like explanation of service detail should precede payment request. Galen
