All the Mazda people are fantastic. Love em all. Can't say the same for the West hills gmc Chevrolet. But all Mazda people are in my experiences fantastic and caring.

Calvin is a lovely person to work with and this is probably not his fault - the electrical harness was not ordered so I have to bring the car back in again next week. Living in Kingston and working in Poulsbo makes this pretty inconvenient. Also, for this work the car was kept an extra day - not exactly sure what happened. Your people are very nice though!

I was a grumpy customer to start with after having to tow my cx5 in for service due to a recall issue. Chris Waggoner took such good care of me , though , and was efficient, polite, and went out of his way to make me happy. He is terrific at what he does. Give him a raise!! Sincerely, Julie P
