This was our first visit to West Hills Ford-Mazda for service. Pam took great care of us, and we were very pleased with our experience overall. Years ago, I was “put-off” by the service department @ West Hills Ford. Today Chelsea turned that all around for me... BRAVO CHELSEA!! From her friendly greeting, which was genuine but not overdone; Chelsea was efficient. I would say that she wasted very little time and focused on defining the issues with my vehicle and and moving quickly toward resolution. Most appreciated, was the fact that she kept me posted on my trucks progress and explained what was happening throughout. Another, high-point was how knowledgeable she is. Chelsea “dumbed” the issue down for me so I was able to visualize the entire scope of service, especially what to expect in the future. I appreciated her “shoot-from-the-hip” style. The undercurrent of “salesmanship” was present, but not pushy. Again Chelsea, nice job at striking a balance. Perfection!!

I’ve been buying cars and have my service done at West Hills since 1998. I always get great service and employees are very knowledgeable and accommodating. I always recommend West Hills Ford to every people and clients that I know. Way to go West Hills Ford you exceeded my expectations again.

My scheduled appointment was for an oil change, wiper blades, & a replacement key fob. Unfortunately, when I got to the dealership to drop off my car, Pam had to inform me that the fob for my Mustang had not been ordered. I was upset as the original appointment was scheduled back in January & we had received two emails clarifying what the appointment was for. Since there is no shuttle running during the pandemic, both my husband & I had to rearrange our schedules in order to drop the vehicle off. With that being said, both Pam Richards & Collin Arper arranged to have my oil changed while I was there & said that they would arrange for a complimentary rental for me on the day when the key fob comes in. Since then, Pam has stood by her word & I now have an appointment & car rental scheduled for Monday April 5th. Both my husband & I are extremely pleased with the way in which a bad situation was turned around to our satisfaction. Pam definitely went above & beyond to make this happen & has been very friendly & professional during the process. Thank you, Pam Richards!
