Ac was working fine before previous oil change, then after they handed me the keys it made a loud noise, brought my vehicle in today for a fuel service, took 3 hours due to low staff (not thier fault but still frustrating) then they thought changing the air filter would fix it but it didn't fix it. The previous filter was placed incorrectly (the service manager stated) so something they did caused the damage to my a/c but it didn't get fixed and I'll likely have to pay for it to get fixed even though I didn't cause the damage.

I gave them two parts to install on my vehicle but they only installed one and kept the other, it’s pretty obvious as the new part looks new, I wasn’t given the old pieces to show me and didn’t wash my car, I’m a fifty something and have purchased a few new vehicles in my time and ALL the other dealerships I’ve delt with have been honest and helpful, I’m very disappointed in my experience

Is everyone I talk to and worked with they were very open and honest and upfront with everything that I asked and everything that I was told. I had a very good experience I will definitely be coming back here for future repairs or work!

Chelsea did a great job of pushing my appointment and keeping me informed of all the hold ups. She was the single redeeming thing from this appointment. The tires ordered were not delivered on time for my initial appointment, and then only one of the four was received prior to taking my truck and removing the wheels in the shop. Additionally the tire pressures were incorrect when returned to me, 46 pounds on both drivers side tires and 41/42 pounds on the passenger side. Additionally two of my wheels have new damage to the black paint. All this being said, the install went horribly but Chelsea did a great job trying to make sure I knew what was going on, and doing everything in her power to get me to my medical appointment and get my truck back before close of business.

Very friendly service, is he to work with. Very helpful with questions and making sure that I was happy. Mentioned several times that I would be fully satisfied with the service he was right. Also very helpful and assisting me with receiving my Ford points. Five stars in my book!
