I have to say it’s almost a real pleasure when my car needs serviced I can’t wait to bring it in knowing in advance how well I will be taken care of I love Brenda Dunn , she has been exceptionally well at providing excellent care and service for my vehicle as well as myself . Not interested in any further correspondence. I may or may not write the regional manager and other interested leadership parties to discuss what I see as a serious lack of tact and what could be considered predudice in the method and manner in which my wife and I were addressed while at your Ford dealership and over the phone speaking with Calvin. I can and will say that Sound Ford is miles ahead of your establishment in this regard. My effort to save a few miles if travel time to receive my Preferred Service Package regular service was a mistake I will not soon forget and will undoubtedly share with my colleagues of all Races and specifically with my Minority friends and family. Good day!

Brenda was amazing!! She took the extra steps to help me even though she works fleet vice the little guy like me. The only complaint I have with the whole process was that of the female who made my appointment. Otherwise I couldn't have asked for anything better.

It’s took around 2 hours for a multi point inspection and an oil change which was a little longer than expected but the staff was amazing and I was okay waiting in the cafe.
