Went out of her way to answers my question - including parts questions and questions regarding subjects she would require other departments to answer. As a trainee she showed great potential. She was customer focused, helpful, demonstrated problem solving skills and was a great representative of the service department.

Brought my car in for service. Cameron saw a dent in my door that I have wanted to fix forever and he said he had the guys to do it... at the end of the day my car is serviced the dent is gone and I am so extatic to drive my car again as a practically new car... i couldn't be happier with the service I recieved

Brenda needs a vacation! She was amazing and does the job of ten people it seems. I will be back next time I need to purchase a Ford vehicle or any future maintenance solely because of how amazing she was and hope she gets the raise she deserves. It will be West Hills Ford Mazda's lost if you guys don't retain her, and my business as well!

Brenda Dunn is the best. She is courteous, professional and patient. My only complaint has nothing to do with her. It’s that the technicians couldn’t update my Ford Sync system despite me waiting 2 hours to get it done. Evidently that Ford website crashed.
