Find a way to sell your brand (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram) out of your store. I bought a Jeep from Ford Mazda and the sale went smoothly however, the Service portion of it was terrible. I even requested an oil change to be done and Ford failed to relay the message to Jeep. Prior to that, I’ve reached out to have my Jeep looked at and found out a mechanic from Ford drove my Jeep clear out to Seabeck, WA adding miles to my Jeep. I got my Jeep into their shop and the job was done in a matter of days. Communication and Service is poor through Ford Mazda. I’ve had a better experience all in all with Jeep and Kris was amazing. She was able to update me on the status of my Jeep efficiently and able to get replacement wipers on my Jeep last minute. If you buy any Chrysler product, buy it from the store. Never liked Ford, and their service just made me not like them even more. Even when Kris was off for the day an associate from Jeep was able to update me that she was out. I was never left in the dark like Ford had me. I love the Jeep store. Only issue is, I didn’t purchase it through them. I wish I had so I can have a better relationship with the employees at Jeep. Kris, I don’t know if you’ll read this, but thank you for your help and thank you for being above and beyond at your job. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I was more displeased with the fact that my car was done with service at 12:05 which I knew because I went out to grab something from my mother who was dropping me something off. However I didn’t actually get my car back or told it was done until 1245. & then when it was done. The Individuals at the front desk manages to misplace my keys. All in all the wait time for an oil change almost two hours. I can assure you that I will take my car else where in the future.

Tyler was very personable, and really helpful when the service person was having a problem with a stripped screw when putting on my license plates which had also recently arrived.
