I figure that if I make an appointment for my vehicle that it would be completed within a reasonable time. When I used the text message service team no one responded so I had to call. I get that you get busy but that is the point of me making an appointment. Also if there is a possibility of having to completely replace the part there should be one nearby available if needed. So I've now waited the 3 hours + it took to diagnose the problem and now another week for the part to come in.

My service writer was great but I was told that it was going to take a couple hours and I waited from 9:00 to almost 12:30 to get my vehicle. I get that it is busy but when I go outside and just see it sitting there and I go and ask and am told that the service tech turned it in to the parts department thats a little frustrating. I think that better communication and updates on where your vehicle is or an update as to why it is taking longer would be called for and a way to ensure that customer satisfaction is taken care of

While I have enjoyed working with Jim I am sad to say that my service from West Hills was extreemly poor. Please review my records and you will see that it took months for my pickup to be fully repaired. And I was beyond disappointment when West Hills had the audacity to attempt to recharge me $100 for repairing what they had not done right the first time. I was also out of pocket for a car rental and without a car for this very substandard service time. I must repeat, Jim was good to work with.
