Still unable to find the cause for the R. front park sensor to give alerts when it rains, altho atempts were made. Can't fault staff at all - they were all helpful and tried.
It appears that my temperature gauge is constantly going up and down. Whereas before it was stable. My temperature gauge never fluctuated before like it does now. I will be towing my fifth wheel next Friday at which time I will be paying close attention to the temperature. If it fluctuates more than the 10 degrees it is doing now I will be bringing it back to get fixed. I am very unhappy at this point that this is occurring.
Tyler was very helpful and professional. My only issue is that after spending over $500 on services, that my car was not vacuumed or windows cleaned, just something of a little extra complementary touch. I've had services done here before where my car was sort of vacuumed, but nothing other than a free car wash voucher was given this time. I'm not sure if little things like this are just customary where I'm from (Ohio) or maybe there wasn't enough time to do it today, just was a little disappointed that even Jiffy Lube vacuums and cleans my windows during a simple oil change, but a high end dealership doesn't offer the same small courtacies.
I droppes off my car the night before and Tyler made sure i was notified when my car was ready for pickup and he had the quote for abtow hitch done before i even got there. Overall, very great customer service. A happy person and knowledgeable.

Very satisfied with the repair, shuttle service. However the thong I noticed was my paper work did not detail what parts/parts numbers of the components what were replaced. I'm curious why this basic information is not detailed on the customers receipt.
The service my vehicle was in for should have taken no more than 3 hours to diagnose and repair. Instead you had my vehicle for 2 days while your "technician" ignored standard fault isolation doctrine to eliminate the most common and obvious potential problems and instead spent time doing "visual inspections". Wasting time at your customer's expense to fatten the dealership' s pockets is theft and is unethical. Fortunately for me it was warranty work and so it didn't cost me anything but 2 days without my vehicle. Unfortunately I'm forced to come to your dealership for warranty or recall work which is the only reason any of my vehicles ever come on your lot for the last 20 years. I find your dealership only slightly less bad than the one in Tacoma only because your screw ups have not had the potential to kill me like their last on did. No, I am not exaggerating.

Engine light still on when I pick the car the first time. My phone took long time to get a service appointment to fix it. Car not ready when promised nor ready the next day when promised for a relatively simple fix that should have been dealt with when we brought it in the first time instead of being ignored
They left the trash paper / plastic seat cover in my truck was not provided with the car wash voucher. Just little things not really a big deal.
Don't know about the quality of the work performed yet, but the communication about what was happening and status of work and communication was very poor! I was told that the work would take "0vernight" and it took over 2 days plus with no response to my texts! Might have to bring the truck back for a repeat of the ozone and interior smoke clean!

To begin my first appointment was 19 Mar 2018, this appointment was missed due to Chrysler Care Center failure to call back with authorized roadside service approval. Once Jeep was authorized and towed it missed the appointment. West Hills failed to move my appointment to an earlier date so the jeep sat on the lot from 21 Mar 2018 until 04 April 2018. All updates required me to call for an update even though my notes stated I have no cell service during my work times. In addition when the part was ordered on Friday 30 Mar 2018 I was told it would be at the dealership by Tues 03 April 2018. Service Writer Jim stated part didn't arrive until 04 April 2018 when the work was complete. Chrysler Corporate Care has stated I wasn't authorized any compensation or rental even though its my primary work vehicle and its partially their fault for the lengthy service time. I expect a response day time phone ****-****-xxxx (work day 0600 - 1530) or Cell after hours ****-****-xxxx explaining how this can be fixed so future customers don't experience the anguish of dealing with this situation. I'm a retired Chief from the Navy (20yrs) and a current Fed Employee with the thousands of personnel Military in a Primary Military city it would be bad if I were to spread this incompetence of West Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep or Chrysler Corporation to the thousands of sailors / marines and Civilians I routinely contact daily.
