The truck needed an additional 3 - 4 quarts of oil before my husband left the dealership. Will be checking tomorrow to make sure the filters were replaced. Disappointed I'm left questioning the work done.

It was supposed to be an annual maintenance check. One of the things I was hoping would be noticed and replaced would be my wipers as I know they are worn out, especially the rear one. I was surprised that the service checklist assessed my wipers to be in “good” condition. I know full week that had someone actually checked them, they would have easily noticed the bad condition they were in. It now makes me wonder whether my van was really checked as it was promised or if someone just went through the checklist for the sake of appearances.

I brought my vehicle in with nearly half a tank of gas and when i was on the road home my low gas light came on. I was left with only 30 miles on my range. I was not pleased with being lect with nearly no gas.

There’s been so many issues with this truck since I purchased it, I’m tired of the recalls and defects. Time is money and it seems like I spend a lot of time going back-and-forth and having to leave it and be without it. I’m scared that once my extended warranty is up I’ll be screwed And have to deal with a lemon on my own.

Was originally informed that the service would take 1/2 a day. When they found out I had to to drive an hour (round trip) for servicing it was taken care of in less than 2 hours. Very much appreciated.

The service on my vehicle was done very quick which was nice. The only thing that I didn't get was a reminder sticker on my vehicle with the mileage and date that is recommended to come back for service.

The detail department put some kind of tire shine on my automatic running boards. I slipped and fell getting out of my vehicle. I had to wipe it off-not happy about that. I will tell that Jim Canon was great and help me when the other service advisors was nowhere to be found - Jim stopped what he was doing to help me get my paperwork and keys. Thanks Jim
